"I am a student at Shenandoah University who was looking at renting off campus housing with my two best friends. In the first multiple weeks of our search, we were unable to even get house tours because of property owners inability to get back to us on our calls and our requests. We were beyond frustrated with this whole process. One day we called a number we saw on a rent sign at a house we were interested in. That is when Margie came in for the rescue! Right away she helped us, and she even got us house tours and we eventually settled for a house. I believe without Margie, we would still be looking for a place to live. But beyond her job as an agent, she is a greater person. She truly wants to help others in this world in some capacity. She explained to us that many agents end up screwing renters or home buyers over. She has even experienced that earlier on in her own life. She says that she doesn't want others to experience the hardships that having a bad agent comes with. That is why she so dedicated to helping anyone find a place to live or rent. "I am a younger student at Shenandoah University and was rather stressed by the search to find homes as an off-campus option going into my Junior year. I desired to move off-campus with 2 of my closest friends and after weeks and weeks of searching, we couldn't even get a simple call back from a realtor as they were unwilling to work with college students. That is where Margie came in and really separated herself from the surrounding crowd. As an experienced realtor and an even better person, Margie took us under her wing and believed in the people we were and trusted us for that as opposed to the inexperienced homebuyers we also were. Margie exchanged her phone number and was able to answer seemingly any question we had regarding the housing market. Over the ensuing week or two, she set us up with approximately 7 housing tours and made sure to give us her professional opinion on the best buy as she had also once been screwed over by another realtor years ago as a home buyer herself. She communicated professionally and efficiently and is truly one of the most caring and selfless individuals I have ever met. With the help of her hard work, we are now happily settled in a 3-bedroom townhouse and none of it could have ever been possible without her personable attitude and skillful expertise. Not only would I recommend Margie to you, but I would also recommend her to absolutely anyone and am certain she will be the first phone call I make if I am ever again looking for a home or rental in the area."
